The onsen and the staff were wonderful—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property was a bit dusty in places and could benefit from some renovations, but overall the hospitality made for a pleasant stay.

The hot spring water was very nice.
Although there are two hot springs which are advertised and should be available any time, they closed one of them because they said there were not enough guests, which made it rather inconvenient because while other guests were using it, we couldn't. They should keep them both open, as other hotels do.
