At the beginning it was a challenge to do the walking in the middle of freezing weather. The door locked and had to find the host. Lucky us he was there and he said he has cancelled all of the reservations that day due to the weather conditions, but we didn’t get the notification. I asked if we could still stay, and he said yes he will prepare the room and the bath as well. Some pipe are blocked thats why he cancelled all his guests that day. He is very kind and generous. In 10 mins he prepared everything for us. We had the public bath all to us and he also prepared delicious dinner for us. Room is very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely come back one day if we are at Sengokuhara again! Thank u for having us that night!
