Flower Garden Lake Resort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Tout était parfait : le jardin est superbe, le responsable et tout le personnel sont aux petits soins et font tout pour satisfaire les clients. Les repas étaient copieux, délicieux et préparés selon nos goûts. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse !

Freindly and Flexible staff was there

The resort was at a peaceful location overlooking the big lake. The room was spacious and had ample lighting. The staff(Sandesh and other boys at the kitchen) was very helpful and always had a smile while taking care of our needs. The staff knew limited English but the manager knew it well, so it worked out for us. The breakfast and dinner were included in our booking and both meals were very satisfying. The portion size of the dinner(rice and curry) was a lot and we could refill as many times as wanted. They even packed us our breakfast for the morning safari trip.

The wifi was only available at the restaurant area and not in the rooms. This caused us some trouble as our mobile data was also a bit slow in the rooms, so only one person could access the internet at a time. The swimming pool water was dirty and was cleaned only on the day we were leaving. Only one restaurant offers lunch at about 50 meters from this resort and there is no restaurant or shops near this resort. No food delivery options as well, so we were lucky we had included dinner in our booking.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön an einem See, ideal um Wasservögel zu beobachten. Aber auch auf dem Gelände gibt es Vögel, Reptilien und sogar eine Familie Affen, die man beobachten kann. Es war wirklich toll. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, obwohl es keine Stringhoppers mit Curry gab, sondern Omelett, frisches Obst, Toast und Marmelade.

Leider muss einiges repariert werden. Die Brücke über dem Pool ist sehr brüchig und in einigen Zimmern gab es mehrere Einrichtungsgegenstände, die kaputt waren. Das Abendessen (wir hatten Halbpension gebucht) entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, nur gebratene Nudeln sind zwar ok und sättigend, aber wir hätten uns verschiedene Currys gewünscht.
