    Our toddler had so much fun here, as there was plenty of space to run around and we really enjoyed the greenery of the property. We also had the most amazing Balinese massages during our stay. The staff were wonderful and the food was excellent. They even accommodated our toddler’s dietary requirements without us needing to ask. The head chef kindly came to our table and offered to prepare something special for our child, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

    Dear Hilton Team, My expectations were quite high considering the Hilton standards, and unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with several aspects of our recent stay. Firstly, the welcome drink that was supposed to be offered upon arrival was not served. We did not want to ask for it ourselves, as we felt uncomfortable having to remind the staff about something that should have been part of the welcome experience. Secondly, we arrived at the hotel approximately four hours before the scheduled check-in time and naturally hoped that an early check-in might be possible. While we understand that early check-in is subject to availability and is not guaranteed under the terms and conditions, we were disappointed that no effort appeared to be made to accommodate us even one hour earlier.It was given to us on the normal schedule time. Another concern was the handling of our luggage. We had to carry our luggage to the room ourselves, and the staff did not appear to be proactive in assisting us. Interestingly, once we reached the room, the staff then inquired about our luggage. We would have appreciated this assistance being offered proactively upon our arrival, rather than after we had already taken care of it ourselves. We were also disappointed with the children's activities. We had seen social media advertisements promoting special kids' activities at the hotel, which contributed to our expectations regarding the experience for our child. However, during our stay, there did not appear to be any particularly special or additional kids' activities as advertised. Furthermore, the regular kids' area itself did not meet the standard we expected from a Hilton property. Individually, these may seem like small matters, but together they significantly affected our overall impression of the stay. As guests staying at a Hilton property, we expected a higher level of service, attentiveness, and attention to detail consistent with the brand's standards. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and look into these matters, particularly the gap between the experience promoted to guests and the actual experience provided. We believe there is room for improvement, and we hope future guests will receive the level of hospitality and service they would reasonably expect from Hilton.
