The staff were amazing! Resort is very clean and the food selection in the food hall is decent. Beautiful views of the ocean and nice to have our own section of beach with umbrellas.

The Italian restaurant was an awful experience. The food was terrible, the service also wasn't great and even though the restaurant was empty our group was put on two separate tables with a wall in between when we asked to be seated together. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to the separate restaurants just go to the food hall because you'd be back there after anyway. The only other thing was the drains in the bathrooms sometimes smelled really bad. But that's the only thing on the room I would complain about.

The location is awesome and the building and the lobby are very nice. The food was good. Some of the main restaurant and front desk staff are nice and work very hard

I was planning on working remotely for a couple days but there was no internet in the room. The internet was only good in the lobby but it was too loud to work there. The beach / pool towels can only be replaced between 4 and 5 pm. This was an inconvenience that I am not used to. I didn’t want to wear a watch or carry my phone while on vacation. Housekeeping on my floor were extremely rude. They yelled at me for touching their towels when I tried to swap a few towels on my own. They continued to be rude and unhelpful for the duration of my stay. The hotel towels were like 2 star hotel towels. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I started using the bathtub stopper at night and that helped. They have a dress code for men only for dinner. No toe strap sandals for men. I personally dislike dress codes targeting men.
