Nevis Resort & Aqua Park - All Inclusive

We had a very nice stay overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, well-organized, and has a luxurious feel. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful, and we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. Overall, we would recommend the hotel. On the other hand, we would like to specifically mention some staff members who were absolutely lovely and made our experience more pleasant. Otabeg, who is Uzbek, was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The reception staff members Theodor and Julian were also extremely nice, welcoming, and professional. We really appreciated their attitude and the way they treated us. Overall, the hotel was clean, beautiful, spacious, well maintained, and had a luxurious atmosphere. The food was good and well organized, and we enjoyed many aspects of our stay.

There were, however, a few issues that we felt could have been handled much better. The first issue was with the room description. We booked a Junior Suite with a balcony, and the room description specifically says: “This double room offers a pool with a view.” Based on this description, we naturally expected the room to have a pool view. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room did not have a pool view. We understand that the room name itself does not necessarily guarantee a pool view, but the description creates that expectation and could therefore be misleading. We also stayed at the hotel with friends, and each of us made a separate reservation. We contacted the hotel in advance and specifically asked if our rooms could be located close to each other. We were told that this would depend on availability. However, when we arrived, our rooms were located in completely different buildings. When we asked at reception if there was any possibility of changing the rooms so we could be closer together, we did not feel that there was much effort to actually look into the possibility. We were told that it would be checked, but we did not receive a clear follow-up or solution. Another issue was our arrival. We arrived at around 11:00 AM, and unfortunately, the reception team was not very cooperative regarding the possibility of getting our room earlier. We completely understand that early check-in depends on availability, but we would have appreciated more effort to check what could be done. Regarding the reception staff member, Nicki was polite in the way she spoke to us, but unfortunately, we did not feel that she was particularly helpful when we raised our concerns. We also spoke with Yusra, the reception manager, hoping that she could help resolve the issues. Unfortunately, we did not feel that the situation was actively handled or that she tried to find a practical solution.

Nice resort, good beds, spacious room and balcony, nice set-up of the resort. GOOD food! Both quality and diversity. Amazing snackcorner, with lots of fresh fruits, cakes, snacks. Busservice to private beach.

Only downside to us was the temperature of the water in the pools (cold)

Ideally located, not too far from the noise or hustle and bustle if you want it. Good bus links 5 mins walk from the hotel.
