I have no complaints. Everything is top-notch. From the cleanliness and the staff’s friendliness to the food and the head chef’s daily presence at the restaurant—a quiet, shaded spot—it’s absolutely wonderful. I think this is the seventh time I’ve returned with the same pleasure.

The location is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, however, since they're seasonal hires this mostly applies to this season. The overall location is a bit dated but well kept, The gym is well stocked and the pools are nice. The beach area seemed well kept as well.
The menu, although varied, was mostly fried foods for main courses. Anything minced meat (sausages, meatballs etc.) was a total miss (at least for me) as it had tones of seasoning (bad seasoning, strictly my opinion).
In terms of the overall package, it seems that Ultra All Inclusive is a ... flexible description. Ultra All Inclusive, apart for the beach bar, and 1 spa visit, and tennis is separate etc. ...

A big choice food.
The food was often not very hot. The all inclusive package of drinks and food was only limited to the hotel and not the whole complex, including no drinks at the beach bar.
I had to park outside the hotel and I was blocked in by another hotel resident on leaving and had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be moved.
