About this hotel

In a stone building backed by pine trees, Moulin Hôtel is next to a stream and renovated mill which is now a museum. Set in the Ardennes, it has a restaurant with a fireplace, wooden beams and exposed brick ceilings.

A peaceful night by the forest

Very nice location, at a walkable distance from the city, with forests, a stream and countless birds around. The room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious...fruit, eggs, cheese and delicious pain au chocolate.

I personally prefer firmer beds, but I still had a good night sleep.

The ambiance, location.

Breakfast was poor, room was old, not really clean, the walls are like it would be from paper so I heard the neighbours during the night, unfortunately not value the money at all.

The breakfast was very good. The location was just out of the town, but not too far. Plenty of parking if needed

Our room was at the very top of the building with only a velux window. We could not see out and it was very hot. An electric fan was provided. To be fair, we booked late and they may have been full.

Cute affordable hotel with great service.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service! The hotel and it's surroundings are very well maintained and looked great. The room was pretty big and super clean. The breakfast room is cosy and the breakfast was good. The hotel has it's own parking.

The reception closes somewhat early, although the owner made an exception for our late arrival.

Disappointing

The people at the hotel were very friendly. A lot of parking space.

- no airconditioning (room was under the roof and there was no way to keep bugs out when opening the windows, so it was choosing between too hot or bugs) - no elevator (room was on 3rd floor) - wi-fi didn't reach until our room - we saw the cleaning lady throw cigarette butts, which she just cleaned form the terrace, into the river.

A great location close to nature and not far away from La Roche center

The breakfast was very generous, diversified and tasty. The staff had a good idea in these times of sanitary crisis: the food was served at each table before the beginning of the breakfast hour. This prevented grouping guests at a buffet table.

You can easily hear the other guests passing in the corridors, but the hotel is rather small. The number of guests in the hotel is therefore small.

Un hôtel très confortable.

La localisation parfaite. Le grand parking qui permet d’aller au centre ville à pieds. Le confort de la chambre bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner et le personnel très très agréable (les patrons comme les employées). On est à 500 mètres du centre ville mais à l’écart au calme complet. La possibilité des randonnées pédestres ou à vélo en partant de l’hôtel.

Het hotel ligt op een super locatie. 10 min stappen en je bent in het centrum

Ontbijt was super !

Had liever geen apparte bedden . Ze staan tegen mekaar maar verschuiven . Spijtig ook dat er niets van drinken is in het hotel . Restaurant is gesloten chef blijkbaar op pensioen .

Knus hotel op een prachtige plek

De ligging van het hotel was top en het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed en meer dan genoeg. Misschien een beetje vroeg voor de vakantieganger (tussen 8:30 u en 9:30 uur). De bedden waren prima en de kamer erg schoon. Geen airco aanwezig maar wel een goede ventilator op de kamer.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die alte Mühle liegt wunderbar ruhig ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Das Ambiente ist eine gelungene Kombination aus alter Bausubstanz und modernen Elementen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Gutes, reichliches Frühstück.

Auf der Webseite wird das Restaurant sehr gelobt. Der Koch ist aber in Rente gegangen und das Restaurant ist geschlossen.

Een goed hotel gelegen op een goede locatie dicht bij het centrum van de stad.

De locatie is uitstekend. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van La Roche en Ardenne. De auto kan geparkeerd worden voor de deur.

De hotelkamer was vrij warm en helaas was het terras met bar niet elke dag open.
