    Very convenient location as you get to enjoy Schwarzsee after the last cable car service. Very friendly reception. Dinner was very good and included in the stay. Highly recommend!

    Was a great experience staying up on the mountain. Food was included, and delicious! The staff was fantastic as well. On the day I was leaving the gondola was closed due to wind, but the staff was able to send my bag down to Zermatt for me. It saved my day!!

    Even the way to the hotel from cable car station had the snow which made us difficult to walk to the hotel but the guy staff was very kind to help us brought those baggages throughout slushy snow
