Our negative experience started upon arrival. Check-in was confirmed by email from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We arrived at 4:30 PM, but the reception was already closed. There was only a sign saying it would reopen the next day at 9:00 AM. No prior information, no late check-in instructions, and no emergency contact number were provided. We were travelling with our family and almost had to leave. By chance, a pool staff member helped us — special thanks to him. Only then did we learn about a key mailbox near the reception, which is normally explained in advance by email with a PIN code — information we never received. Another family was also looking for staff to obtain bed linen, which they had booked days earlier. Bed linen is charged extra (~€17 per person). Additionally, electricity and water are charged separately at check-out. Despite very economical usage (no sauna), we were charged €240 for one week. There are no meters in the house, so the charges cannot be verified. The house looked acceptable but clearly not thoroughly cleaned (cobwebs). We had to use our own kitchen utensils. In my opinion, this property may work better in summer, but for the same price there are much better and more transparent options elsewhere.

Very calm region (more like a gated community with countless little houses that look similar to each other. The wellness facilities were decent and it was close to supermarkets and other shops. The house we stayed in was quite comfortable and had all amenities one could expect from a vacation home kind of property including parking next to the entrance of the house.

In our house the pillows and beds were quite uncomfortable. The gym was quite old and the Sauna facilities could use a renovation.

The house is spacious, confortable and cozy. Offers enough rooms and well equiped kitchen - even though some specific machines aren’t available.

It is not described on the website nor on the booking description about taking our own stuff regarding bed linens and bathroom as well as kitchen towels. It is nice when there is some lines about this.

They have taken extra payments from us for electricity

Doushes had lot of dirt had to clean it all over my self..

Scenery is nice, small scale Parc. Pool and gym were usable without any surcharge. Didn't expect that.

Nothing really. The accommodation exceeded our expectations on all levels!

Hours for the pool/wellness centre are not very convenient. And then the close 15 min earlier than advertised

Husene er privatejet og derfor er der en del variation i møblement, vores var i ældre dato og manglede særlig belysning i underetagen. Alt var dog rent og pænt og ovenstående skal ikke betragtes som en klage, blot en konstatering.
