Great stay in Augustenborg

We stayed in the 1-br apartment and it was HUGE. The apartment was really clean and comfortable, and perfectly located for us to easily visit family living nearby. We came in winter and the park next to the building was blanketed in snow, making it really beautiful. We especially loved the history of the building. Will definitely stay again.

Very relaxing stay in a beautiful area

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The interior is unusually stylish and colourful. Everything colour-coded and tasteful. We stayed in "Amethyst" - the purple apartment. (The others being "Ruby", "Sapphire" and "Emerald") It's very clean! We also met the cleaner several times. She was very friendly! As it is located in a park, the view from every window is wonderful. And very quiet during the night! You can also go for lovely walks through the adjacent forest and alongside the water. The beds were very comfortable! The towels were thick and soft - Fantastic quality.

The pillows were too hard/big for one us. There's no shower curtain, so the bathroom gets wet when you take a shower. No wardrobe with hangers, so we couldn't unpack and hang our clothes. (there was however a small dresser) They make a point of not providing a TV, as they want you to go out and enjoy the nature and art exhibitions. The man, who runs the bistro is not very helpful.

The apartment is new and spotlessly clean

It is in an old sanitarian and it is evident. The place is creepy. Check in was super strange and the staff was awkward. There wasn't a thing in the apartment- not a bottle of water or coffee. Breakfast is not always available on the property. The advertisement says that there is a washing machine in the apartment, but there is no washing machine. My friend said that she thinks there was a communal one in the basement.

Lovely apartment in a quiet setting

The design, furniture, very comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. Color of apartment. WiFi good. Quiet location.

Before we arrived to the apartment, we asked whether we could use the washer during our stay. We were told it was possible and included in the price. When asked to use it we weren't replied to despite asking about it several times. We paid a lot to stay there during the holidays so this was really disappointing.

The Gem Suites at Augustenborg Project are certainly one of the most outstanding and amazing places to stay in Denmark (or even in Europe). The place, concept and decoration are exquisite, and the staff in service and kitchen is going out of their way to make your stay a truly unique experience.

Amazing experience

the whole property is amazing. Very well decorated, cozy furniture and a really nice staff welcomed us. The local, with the food and art proposes is great. great café/bistro, beautiful garden. I could only recommend this stay (we will definitely come back for more days)

Fantastic project, we will definitely go back.

The apartment we stayed in 'Amethyst' was beautifully laid out , fantastic colour scheme, great furniture, all the necessary items for cooking and preparing a meal. My partner loved the hand lotion and shampoo provided. The building was set in beautiful surroundings which we didn't really have time to explore. We really want to go back in the future and and spend a week or a long weekend there.

The suite is very big, 2 big bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms. Super nice amentities. Full kitchen. Warm heater. Comfy bed. I want stay longer here if we have time.
