everything was perfect. quiet and peaceful place. The host is polite, caring and smiling.fully kitchen equipments. there are also ironing, microwave and refrigerator. There is a free car park.

Comfortable stay outside lake Como

Private parking, ekstra big apartment with small kitchen having all you need. Great and friendly staff. Netflix available. And the biggest plus: dogs are welcome.

Lovely apartment, comfy bed, free private parking. Small terrace near the entrance, very nice place to sit in the evening with some wine. It is better to stay here if you have a car, but we still managed to walk to supermarket and restaurant on foot :)

We enjoyed meeting Monica and felt that communication with us was very good. We were extremely impressed with the level of cleanliness.

It was very compact so would probably look to see if there's a bigger apartment next time with more kitchen equipment

Our visit to Lske Como

We booked here to visit Como and because we could easily park our car. The apartment was a great size and clean. After the chaos of trying to access Como this was like a sanctuary. It had everything you needed

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, easy parking right outside. Monica extremely eager to make sure I was happy with everything.

Thin walls meant I could hear most noises from the neighbours. But this was not a problem at night.

Good location if you have a car!

The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of 4.There was a parking.5 minutes distance by car from Cernobbio .I would stay again if I wanted something close to Cernobbio but not very expensive!

Excellent location amd property!

The property, location and host (Monica) were all fantastic! The topmost appartment came with an enormous balcony that was great for our dogs and perfect for the family to sit out in the evening listening to the world go by. I highly recommend this place!

Definitley worth staying there and quite close to como lake.

The airconditioning was only in the bedroom. As we only stayed for the night it was OK, but I can imagine that it would not be sufficient for a very hot midday.

Résidence calme à 15 min en voiture du lac de côme avec une place de parking gratuite

Appartement à 15 min du lac de come dans une résidence calme dans un petit village. Appartement propre, équipe avec café et thé, serviette, machine à laver. Une place de parking gratuite est à notre disposition au pied de la résidence donc super. On accède à l’appartement avec un digicode envoyé plus tot par la propriétaire très sympa.

Il n’y a pas de gel douche ou shampoing.

Für Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet.

Als Zwischenstopp genutzt, dafür sehr gut geeignet. Parkplatz direkt dabei auf eigenem Grundstück. Gute Pizzeria L´Asinaccio fußläufig. Empfang persönlich und sehr freundlich.

Ausstattung eher schlicht, für längeren Aufenthalt wäre es uns zu nüchtern gewesen. Für Zwischenstopp aber ideal.

Ambiente molto tranquillo, dove si può davvero stare sereni. Monolocale pulito, molto funzionale con tutto quello che occorre per il soggiorno senza pensieri. Locale molto fresco e luminoso. La signora Monica è molto disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Apartment. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Hunde sind willkommen. Die Auffahrt ist etwas eng, aber mit 2 Wendungen gut zu schaffen.

Die Küche könnte noch mehr Ausstattung haben, z. B. Weingläser oder Schüsseln

Abbiamo fatto un soggiorno di 3 giorni in 4 coppie affittando due camere e ci siamo trovati bene!

La pulizia, il parcheggio compreso, la vicinanza al centro e la comodità dell'accesso alla camera con un codice!

Direi che non c'è nulla che non vada, anche se per 4 persone forse l'ambiente è un pò piccolo, ma comunque non c'è stato nessun problema al riguardo!
