Location is OK, with good southeast views from the balcony; the area is quiet. Accommodation is located some 10 minutes by walk from the also quiet, centre of San Fermo della Battaglia. Location is near Como, a relaxed drive by car took 10 minutes. The rooms were comfy, the bed in the sleeping room was good, but the other one was not really comfy. Location is excellent for someone travelling by car.
Collecting the keys was slightly complicate and time consuming.

Appartamento accogliente, con tutto il necessario, letti comodi, tutto pulito e ordinato. Disponibile wifi, parcheggio privato in box auto, lenzuola e teli bagno, sapone/shampoo, 2 tv, ferro da stiro, lavatrice...Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma sembrava fornita del necessario. Viene inviato un video esplicativo per l'accesso autonomo ai garage e all'appartamento, che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Zona molto tranquilla a pochi minuti da Como perfetto come base per visitare il lago. Consiglio!
