Perfect and Cavtat is so beautiful and unspoilt.

Exceptionally clean. No issues.

Nothing to not like really, except the apartment is on a hill and about 15 minutes walk into centre of Cavtat, although a nice beach and other bars are within 5 minutes walk. Picture of view from balcony.

I would recommend a hand rail be added to the 2nd flight of steps up as currently nothing to hold on to . Also a rail on one side of the pool steps to aid getting in and out for some clients who may have balance ( or age) issues or a disability pbrilliant

Great value stay in a beautiful location

Beautiful scenery and comfortable room at a good price. Very nice outdoor meeting area and pool which worked well for our group Onsite parking and ferry service to Dubrovnik

It’s about a 10 minute walk downhill to restaurants and about a 20 minute walk to old Cavtat. Beautiful walk No daily housekeeping but plenty of towels

Nice balcony with a sea view, good beds and AC. Great pool area for relaxation. Short walk to the beach. Friendly staff.

The shops were quite far/a difficult walk up a very busy road. Location was a bit far from central Cavtat. The cooking area was quite small, difficult to wash dishes. Sounds carried well from the next room.

Pool area is great! Small balconies of the rooms are nice, with amazing sunsets. Very peaceful area. Airconditioning works well.

It is a 15-20 mins walk from the restaurants etc, which is almost too much in the heat (of course you can take an uber...).

Nice and clean room. Fantastic seaview from the balcony. Good air conditioner. Pool area was nice. Easy walking distance to the beach.

Shared outdoor kitchen could be better. Hard to make anything special. But easy to make breakfast and snacks. Long distance to nearest walkable supermarket.

The hosts are lovely and kind. I had some issues with the Wifi signal and they gifted me a sim card. The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean, cosy with a huge terrace, fully equipped kitchenette and barbecue. The pool is clean, with fresh water. My experience at Villa Bellevue was amazing. Thank you!

Amazing apartment and lovely owners

beautiful location and ideal stay if you would like a place with a pool

There was nothing to dislike about the property! A pre warning though the hill up to the villa from the beach is quite steep and there’s steps up to the villa. On journeys back to the villa we used Uber when we could to avoid the hill as is very cheap from old town/beach zal (harder to find a driver from beach zal though, probably due to it being only a 2 minute drive)

Room was nice and cozy with a beautiful view. Host is very kind and approachable. Apartment is very near Cavtat center with a lot of affordable restaurants. It is easy to get to Dubrovnik using bus number 10.

absolutely spotless clean fabulous pool lovely hotel so so quiet fantastic if you need a chilled holiday short walk to beach about 15 minutes into town

only downside is no nearby shops would help if you could buy water or some other necessities at hotel but don’t let this put you off it is a real gem

Lovely, comfortable, modern accomodation with a gorgeous balcony and sea view. Pool was clean and plenty of loungers and umbrellas to use. Staff were friendly. Location fab...easy walking to everything inc restaurants, pharmacy etc and the water taxi to Dubrovnik

Lovely little apartment

Very friendly owner who was very helpful telling us all about the local area. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a 20 min walk from Cavtat. That night be a problem for some (although it's a lovely walk!). Pool wasn't heated but the sea was so close so that wasn't really a problem either.

Beautiful sunset views

Charming hosts and the apartments are in a lovely setting. We had the top floor with stunning views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. A nice stroll into town ithat will take you about 20 minutes and about 5 minutes to the nearest beach. We ventured down the track and the road above the entrance to the Albetros to and from town which seemed to be more direct. Comfy bed good aircon and fridge in the room. As it's cash payment at present buy the currency and bring it with you. We weren't aware that ATM's only allow 2000kn per day with a 35kn fee so with other small spends we had to do 3 withdrawals. Having said that it may all change when it becomes the euro. If you don't mind a good walk these apartments are an absolute must. Lovely pool with plenty of beds You can catch the no10 at the top of the road which arrives about 10 minutes after departure from Cavtat.

Wasn't an issue for our group but wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility issues as many steps and about 25 min walk into Cavtat old town - lovely scenery though.
