Quick turnaround

Location to the airport was fantastic for our early morning flight. Communication and entry was a breeze.

Beds weren't the most comfortable -- but sufficient for one night.

Calm Cavtat

The ideal spot for Cavtat! Perfect for relaxing and for everything else! The hosts were amazing! Nick, Anne Marie and there family were so kind and generous. We stayed two days extra and it felt like home! With sun and a refreshing pool to keep cool.

The flat had gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony, what a scene to wake up to! The flat was very clean, the water pressure was strong and the bed was comfortable! The caretaker was such a lovely lady and even gave us a parting gift of homemade walnut liqueur!!

Lovely and helpful hosts!

The villa hosts are wonderful! Very welcoming and helpful. Our flight was delayed and the villa host responded right away helping us organize a later check-in hour. Our airline lost our luggage and had to get delivered the next day. When the bags arrived, we were away, but the hosts placed them in a safe storage place so we could take it out once we arrived back to the suite! Our stay was great. The place was clean and ready for us. We had a parking spot right beside our suite and drove a short distance to the beach, town, and to get groceries. We saw Cavtat and Dubrovnik and loved it! Lots to see.

We really enjoyed our stay at villa Bingo.

Breakfast was not provided. However there is a small well stocked supermarket five minutes walk away (all uphill!).

Great place

The place. I had a studio for myself plus a terrasse with a view on the sea and the use of the pool. The room is well furnished, very clean, super comfortable bed, nice cumfy towels. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who offered me drinks. The place feels like home and is very quiet.

Nothing really. Just beware that it is a steep walk to the nearest beach and a little while to the city center. If you're in bad shape, the walk could be strenuous. The shuttle to the airport could be cheaper.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a super helpful host.

Nice clean apartment in a good location, walkable from the town and Zal Beach. The balcony was lovely looking over the bay. Communication from the owners was great, they sent photos prior to check in to help us find the apartment and show us where to park. I also accidentally left my laptop in the room when we left to go to Montenegro and they messaged me straight away to let me know, but as we had already crossed the border they agreed to keep it safe until we returned to Cavtat a few weeks later- when we we came back it was ready and waiting for.

Overall a lovely stay with just a few concerns around privacy We stayed at Villa Bingo in Cavtat from the 21st to the 27th and overall, we had a lovely time. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a peaceful, beautiful location. The transfer service to and from the airport was fantastic and very reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our time in Cavtat and felt that Villa Bingo offered a great base for exploring the area.

We did have a few concerns regarding communication and guest privacy. On several occasions, a staff member entered our apartment without knocking or any notice—even when we weren’t there. Early in our stay, we returned from a quick 10-minute trip to the shop to find that someone had entered the apartment, turned off the air conditioning, and raised the temperature. We were aware of the small note requesting the AC be switched off when leaving, but would have much preferred being asked to do so rather than someone letting themselves in uninvited. In other instances, blankets were taken from the bed and towels drying on the rack outside were inspected or taken, again without prior communication. While she did offer to replace any dirty towels, this wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. It also felt unusual that despite the staff entering the apartment, the bins weren’t emptied, nor were the sheets changed during our entire week-long stay.

Fantastic sea view from our balcony. Swimming pool area great for relaxing. Large supermarket 5 mins walk up hill for supplies. Lovely friendly host. 15 minute walk down to beach Zal and 10 mins further to Cavat harbour. Loved it!

A great location for a small family who don’t want to be too close to the centre. Fantastic hosts!

The hostess and her family were very welcoming and although check out was at 10am allowed us to use a store room and shower and pool as flight was not until 8pm. The room was cleaned every day and new towels offered. We were even given several cakes and drinks ad hoc which were all lovely. The pool was very quiet and again all areas were very clean. There is a good supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Very easy transit to and from Dubrovnik airport.

We like to cook our own meals sometimes and the cooker and utensils were all a bit basic. They are ok for making pasta and a sauce but no oven or grill. That said, we managed ok and with so many good places to eat out it wasn’t a big issue. It is a steep walk back from the centre of Cavtat which is fine for an averagely fit younger family but would be hard work for elderly or less able bodied. There were a lot of taxis available if needed so no great problem but one to be aware of before booking.

we really liked the pool. good cooling on a hot day. the rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. so good that there were extra pillows in the closet.

the door of one of the shower rooms opened inwards, so it would be difficult for a larger person to enter it.

The perfect stay!

We had such a wonderful experience staying here. The pool area is clean and generally was empty throughout the day. The apartments were clean and had all you needed. The staff were accommodating and kind. We had a perfect view from our balcony too!

A bit far out at top of hill. Need cushions on the sun beds as very uncomfortable . More information on surrounding. Could do with a small bar / cafe for juice etc. supermarket up an extremely big hill

Nick's mother and father were lovely. I cut my finger and Nick's father drove me to the pharmacy. Nick's mother gave us iced tea when we arrived and also gave us some traditional cake. They were super friendly despite the language barrier. The Villa is in a quiet residential area with a supermarket about 5 minutes walk, up a steep hill. It took us a good 15 minute walk to the beach / restaurants which can be gruelling in the hot sun but fine in the evening. You have everything you need at the villa, the room is quite basic but spotless and had a lovely balcony. The swimming pool was lovely and the whole area was great if you wanted a quiet day to relax. There is also a washing machine on the property which was a real bonus. I could contact Nick with any query and he always replied and was extremely helpful.

The walk up from the beach in the hot sun was fairly hard. In the evening it was fine, but I would advise a taxi if anyone has any medical problems.

Easy, lovely and enjoyable

A perfect property for our short break in Croatia. It had everything that we needed and the hosts were incredibly welcoming- even giving us homemade cake and pancakes.

For some people it may be too far from the town centre (20 min walk downhill) but this was fine for us as we quite enjoyed the walk and taking in the sights. It was right next to the bus stop for Dubrovnik which was fab though.

Superb

We forgot to withdraw money for the stay as property doesn't accept card or advance payment. But lady was very understanding and gave us enough time to visit ATM and give her money. I wanted to make my kid watch cartoon for sometime till I finish my bathing but television wasn't working in any of our rooms. (We had booked two rooms). Other that that, the host was excellent. We loved it.

Location was perfect for airport - very clean, really nice hosts and very helpful. Organised our taxi to airport and allowed for a very late check in.

Liked everything about the property - It suited perfect for an airport stop off but we went for a morning walk and we didn't find much to explore in the local area on foot. No fault of the hosts, who were faultless :)

Fabulous stay!

We had an amazing ten days at Villa Bingo. The view across to Dubrovnik in the distance is just amazing. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The hosts are so welcoming. We walked to the beach every day and back (about 12 minutes), and got a cab into Cavtat town for dinner. Taxis were very easy to get. The supermarket is also in walking distance, but up a very steep road. It is also really easy to get to from the airport.
