Die Wohnung ist in einen sehr schlechten Zustand. viel zu teuer
Die Lage und der Ausblick Das war es aber auch schon
*Klimaanlage kaputt. Bei den heißen Temperaturen katastrophal. Draußen das Gerät auf dem Balkon im beängstigenden Zustand. *Einzelbett: Lattenrost schief zusammengebaut. Dadurch konnte man in dem Bett da gar nicht schlafen, rollte ständig zum Bettrand nach außen. * Wasserschaden an der Wand im Flur. Farbe bröckelt ab. * An vielen Stellen platzt die Farbe an den Wänden ab. *Ameisen auf dem Balkon * Kühlschrank Licht flackert oder geht erst gar nicht an. Kein warm Wasser abends, nur kalt. * Hausflur dreckig ( Wände) und auch da bröckelt der Putz ab * Wohnung sehr laut und hellhörig. Nachbarn und Jugendliche bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert. *Zimmertüren quietschen * Bettlacken und Bettwäsche fleckig
