Brenzone, in a sunny position on top of a hill, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the lake. For shared use: natural state property, large garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery, supermarket, bakery 50 m, bicycle rental, pub garden, bus stop, pebble beach 100 m, bathing lake "Lago di Garda" 100 m. This house was perfect for my family. The view was so incredible, we spent a lot of time relaxing in the porch. We were able to walk down the block to go swim in the lake and used the grocery store just a short walk away. We cooked the majority of our meals at this home. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own knives and cutting board.

The apartment was very spacious and the view from the (very large) balcony was amazing. The host was very welcoming and access to the property went smoothly. Thank you
