Cozy and relaxing

Very cozy room with everything you need in the kitchen. The room was cleaned everyday and the host was very welcoming.

The property shares a wall with the owner’s space, so you can occasionally hear voices through the wall. The wooden floors also carry sound, and footsteps are sometimes audible. It wasn’t disruptive, just something to note.

Location, location, location in a safe, quiet area!

Located perfectly, close to the university in a quiet area. We were there for the Homecoming weekend, met up with friends. We had an impromptu braai and the hostess graciously supplied extra cutlery & plates. Loved the attention to detail, especially the block out blinds! Loved that there was burglar bars and safe parking behind gates for my vehicle.

Clean, safe and quiet accommodation

Was clean and neat. Off road parking. Independent access and quiet road. We were in for long weekend. It was quite small so important you are going out and about. Only 5 minutes from central Stellenbosch.

You can't cook anything. There is a kettle and microwave, but don't expect to be able to cook. If you are not lying on the bed, there isn't an armchair to just sit in the room. Not a problem for us, but it is best used as a sleeping base.

Clean and tidy. My electric blanket was turned on for me, so I was able to hop into a nice warm bed. That made my day.

I stayed at Anni Bos with my daughter a week before the beginning of her tertiary year at Stellenbosch university. The room was very clean and we appreciated the tea and risk on arrival as we had driven from Kokstad and long flight to Cape Town We requested an early check in which Mrs Annie happily allowed and our room was ready by 10:00. Anni Bos was going to be our base while we on a mission to find student accommodation. We are very grateful to Mr Pieter who supported us so much and referred us to various potential student .places. He even took us to a tour of Campus. When I left my daughter in Cape Town, Pieter and Annie took care of her and ensured safe check in at Nooit A. I would definitely go back.. You exceeded my expectations and offered exceptional hospitality..
