Good location; clean, quiet and comfortable
There were a few powerpoints that didn’t work and the toaster tripped the safety switch on first use, so we couldn’t make toast.

Views are epic, close proximity to Southbank central
Not as clean as I would like it to be. Furniture is a little worn down and carpet doesn’t feel clean

Really friendly staff at key pickup. The property is in a great location and views are spectacular.
Secure parking is fantastic.
It’s a good size property aswell and the 2 bathrooms are great.
The key pick up process is a pain. Guest has to text the let them know what time and they have to be picked up a couple of streets away from the property.
The $50 per hour for early or late check in/out is steep. They could facilitate an early check in for a hour or 2 (if available), in line with other properties. No need to squeeze extras fees out of guests.
Property is a little run down but presentable enough.
