Freshwater PL - Stylish City View Apartment with Balcony and River Views

Location fabulous, very secure. Very spacious 3 bedrooms, great views across city. Great for our adult family cityscape m.

Carpets a bit dirty. I think for price the expectation of high end property could have had better quality towels & pillows . Master ensuite .. had shower over bath ... very slippery & bit dangerous. Ended up using main shower. No instruction on heating .. first night was freezing .. did not know master bedroom controlled heating. Coffee machine .... if going to have a machine then need to provide complimentary coffee pods otherwise it's completely useless as no one will go & buy coffee pods to make a cup of coffee ( so many places do this!!! ) remove it from the apartment. I know the location has many cafes but sometimes it's just more convenient to stay & make your own .. also no long life milk to go with the cheap instant coffee or tea bags. The key pick up location was a bit of a pain on a Friday night in peak hour.

Great location for food, shopping, walks. Generous space throughout.

There wasn’t an iron. The clothes dryer could do with an update and it would only take a couple of items otherwise wouldn’t work if the load was heavy. No clothes horse to hang clothes out as a back up.

What’s not to like about this apartment.. location is fantastic right on the southbank , take a leisurely stroll on either side for amazing restaurants and sights .. the cafe downstairs has an amazing selection of sandwiches for breakfast as well and across from a grocer .. the apartment is clean and space is big to accommodate a family of travellers.

Property location was good. The apartment need a better clean, there was rubbish under beds, and the top of the range hood had never been cleaned. Some down lights weren’t working.
