Warmth and owners’ hospitality and kind gesture(welcome sweets and goodies). Very responsive. The apartment itself is clean, modern and comfortable. We were able to cook our favorite Filipino dish. Check-in and check-out is very easy.
I have no negative comment to say. Maybe putting a bidet attachment at the toilet seat would make it perfect.

It was tidy, had a nice view
We didn’t have any Air conditioning in the rooms only the lounge room, the beds were the most comfortable.
