The spaciousness of the living area
The shower floor tiles became slippery after the 1st persons shower.
The tap on the master bedroom shower was difficult to use.
No hooks to hang our damp towels after use.
We were constantly looking for something to put under our drinks cups & glasses on the beautiful glass table. Some coaster would’ve been useful.

Check In process was very simple
The penthouse was immaculately clean
The place itself was beautiful thoroughly enjoyed it. Can't wait to come back again.

Location , price yet it was dirty. View
The staff member from stayz was very rude and unhelpful, he made us all feel like crap which partly ruined our weekend. He threatened us with taking $2000 deposit if anyone smokes there even on the veranda yet when we got there the veranda had cigarette butts on it so we were panicking that we would be accused of smoking 🤬 .
As for the apartment itself well it was very dirty, the toilets had poo lines all around the top of the bowls, the kitchen equipment was dirty, the couches and cushions were marked and stained. The doors were hard to open and the beds were quite hard to.
