It is a 3 min walk to the hotspring.
We had 2 triple rooms side by side with the view of the waterfalls, but at the 3rd floor.
The restaurant is at the roof top, so at around 7am or earlier, we started to hear the noise from the restaurant and kids noise (it was a Sunday, more visitors in town).
Laundry on site is 1.50 per kg.
The pool is not heated, the jacuzzi was empty, no water.
Owners (we thought) are friendly, but speak no English. Daytime staff does.
Room is basic but functional.
You can put things in the fridge of the restaurant at the roof top, but this is not a backpacker, so no kitchen use.
Onsite parking is "technical". Very narrow and tight, one does need some driving skill to maneuver that.

The location is a few blocks from the termale I liked to visit so I could walk over early in the morning. They have a pool you can use for free and a hot tub you can pay for. The roof has a nice view with a kitchen and places inside and out to sit.
Free coffee would be nice

i think because we found Banos quite cheesy it inpacted the feeling of the stay.

sheets not the cleanest, items lost in laundry, lumpy & smelly pillows
