Clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Easy to find. Short $1.50 taxi ride from downtown area.

Great place to stay. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Baños. The service was amazing and we felt like home. The hotel is well kept and we were able to rest peacefully away from the noise but close enough that we could walk anywhere.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. We could check in a bit earlier and they helped us out in so many ways!
