This was the best hotel of Ecuador. The staff were friendly and helpful, central location, right next to bus station, clean rooms, daily housekeeping, safe facility, hot water, stayed in a room where we could see the mountainside and river and hear it at night which was peaceful when the city calmed down, room was updated and looking good.
The 1 negative I had about this hotel was the windows are thin, and when the Chiva party busses and city are festive at night it is noisy, so bring earplugs for backup.

Really pretty view over the river if you get the right room.
Main hostess is nice and tries to help.
Cheap laundry.
Breakfast is okay, but with a nice view.
Convenient to the main bus station and central town.
Almost no facilities in the room (no fridge etc.)
Internet was slow and super inconsistent
Would be better suited to a 1 or 2 night stay.

Great room! White, natural light, clean. Modern, and excellent hot water.
Needed a drinking water refill station to cut down on plastic bottles and for easy access ongoing.

The view from the balcony towards the canyon was great, rooms with view are spacious.
Most rooms without windows are dark and noisy. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the center.
