Clean and great location. Right next to Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Staff was easy to communicate with. Great AC. King bed. Loved it! Not too far from train station- walkable.
Only negative is bathroom is downstairs from the bed. It wasn’t a big deal for us but could be for others.

- GREAT location
- Spacious for a room in the city center
- Loved the decor/overall aesthetic
- Didn't find it particularly noisy, but my husband and I live in a city so we're used to a bit of noise always humming in the background.
- Hosts provided clear instructions for getting there ahead of time.
- No amenities. Coffee and tea maker but no coffee or tea provided.
- Limited communication with hosts; when we did reach out with a need (cleaning, toilet paper), it took them a long time to respond.
- Bed & pillows were hard as rocks.
- Fine that they don't come by daily to clean and restock soap and toilet paper (this is a rental after all; we don't expect hotel levels of service here), but then they should make sure to provide enough of each for the duration of the stay. We ran out of soap and toilet paper after two days (and we were barely there!).
- Shower is small and set up in a way that you WILL get water on the floor of the bathroom no matter how hard you try to avoid it. Why anyone would design a shower door to swing like old Western saloon doors is beyond me.
- The duvet provided is FILTHY. We slept without (which made for some cold mornings).
- Missing other small touches that would've made this place worth the price: Chromecast or similar streaming capabilities for the TV (there was only Italian cable), a soap dish for the bathroom sink (otherwise that bar of soap is gonna just...sit there), toiletries that aren't a 2-in-1 body/hair wash combo.
Overall, the place operates as little more than a place to shower and sleep -- and both the shower and the sleep were just okay. At the price point they charge, we did expect something higher quality and better value than this.
