Was honestly the best stay in a long time. Great location, amazing decor, the bathrooms are stunning. We sat in the lounge having wine in front of the fire place. It was so cozy

The location was great...just far enough from the square to avoid the busyness but still very close.
The place was beautiful, stunning and well decorated but unfortunately that's where it ended.
The place wasn't well cleaned. Old elastoplast wrapping on the floor just outside bathroom, one bedroom carpet/ rug was covered in hair..not sure maybe previous guests had pets with them. Hair in the beds and bathrooms, stained scatter cushion in the lounge. The cherry on top was when the shower head fell on my husband's head when he tried taking a shower. The one toilet didn't flush, we weren't notified of this in advance. The other bathroom had absolutely no water pressure, was impossible to shower.
Owner was notified and understanding, but no attempt to reimburse us partly at least as we left after 2 nights eventhough we paid for and booked for 3nights.
