The amenities and facilities were awesome. It was really the little things like the super clean rooms, fresh flowers and the beautiful view that made our stay amazing.
I suppose the only gripe I had was that the gas for the stove was finished when we got there. It was promptly sorted out though. Nothing else really.

Location. Views. Beds. Kitchen. Space.
Tatty couches. Broken braai. Poor light's in some rooms. Dirty glasses. One plug for two sinks. Not enough toilet rolls. No hand rails in showers for elderly people. Dirty ash trays on patio. Pot plants tired. Used candles looked bad. Lots of dusty shelves etc. Poor communication re use of TV. Old tired dish clclothsfront doir stuck. General appearance of building was poor.
