Wonderful

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful mountain environment. Very well equipped room with a balcony and a beautiful view. Very clean everywhere. Very nice and helpful hostess. We would love to come back here in the future :).

Family house with inflexible check-in

The main issue was the inflexibility around check-in. We requested to arrive at 9:30 pm and explained our situation, but were told check-in was strictly before 8 pm. We complied, assuming the receptionist might need to leave—but surprisingly, the person checking us in was the hostess, who lives on the property and spent the evening chatting with her family outside our window until 11 pm. This rigid policy caused unnecessary stress for us. The property feels more like a room in a family home, and shared spaces like the garden don’t feel welcoming, as you will often find the family there. Communication was also difficult, as the hostess doesn’t speak any English. The price is reasonable, but I wouldn’t come back

I would like to recommend solve the issue how to get into the apartment Alp Residence which is located in the house with several apartments. As house is behind the fence with closed gates, it was not clear how to get into the residence.

Comfortabel studio with its own balcony. Small but has everything you need! Has a nice view on the mountains. Location is within a drive of some great hiking and cycling trails in the region.

Spotless, strong signal wi-fi, nice garden view & tranquility

This STUDIO FLAT is too small, Surely not having 355sq ft. as mentioned. This have no more than an 18 square mtr area (194sq) ft.! Lacking of privacy with 2 windows overlooking on this apt with only see through curtains!! Central heating controlled only by owner.

Mountain hideaway

Martha was an excellent host, very kind and explained very well the local area and what we could visit and where to eat. The apartment was so well organised and the little touches like leaving us chocolates and candles were very special. The view was stunning and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

perfectly comfortable Alpin style, fantastic balcony

Small but perfectly comfortable for short-stay Alpin style studio with balcony and well-equipped kitchenette. Absolutely clean. Check in and check out went friendly and smoothly. View from balcony is a really fantastic. Parking is available and safe. Close to Coop food-store (opened Monday-Saturday 7.30-12.30, 15-30-18.30) and pizza restaurant (kitchen opened 12-14, 18-21.30, pizza 17.30-22.30). Our heartful thanks to host for this perfect accomodation, excellent!

Un natale davvero meraviglioso

Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno, posto strategico e comodo ai servizi, facile da raggiungere, stanza accogliente, pulitissima e molto confortevole. La terrazza perfetta per una colazione (anche d'inverno!) o aperitivo. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima a permetterci di portare il nostro gattino diabetico in modo da poterlo seguire al meglio e il tutto ha reso il nostro Natale davvero indimenticabile!

mi sono trovata molto bene, la struttura è molto accogliente e calda e la host molto gentile!

la posizione dell’alloggio è molto buona, in pieno centro e vicinissima alla fermata del bus per arrivare in città. La struttura è molto bella, abbiamo usufruito di tutti i servizi che ci hanno lasciato in stanza, ma il pezzo forte è il balcone, con tanto di plaid incluso!

bisognerebbe specificare che l’appartamento non è singolo ma si trova in un “condominio”.

Acorde a lo que buscaba

Apartamento pequeño, pero suficiente para lo que necesitábamos, que era básicamente un sitio para llegar a dormir, ya que estábamos fuera durante el día. En cuanto a la cocina tienes todo lo básico que podrías necesitar, nosotros solo la usamos para las cenas y funcionaba perfectamente, incluso había algo de sal, pimienta, bayetas, estropajos y jabón, servilletas, cafetera..... Tanto el baño, como todo el alojamiento en general, muy limpio y es algo a valorar positivamente. Marta muy maja, nos dejó unas botellas de agua de cortesía y unos bombones, está en la puerta de enfrente por si la necesitas para cualquier cosa.

Que solo hable italiano, por decir algo, aunque con la misma app de booking ya puedes traducir los mensajes, así que tampoco lo veo un problema.

Sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Apartment mit Bergblick.

Bei der Anreise zeigte sich der Gastgeber flexibel bzgl. der Check-In-Zeit. Das Apartment ist für die Gegend typisch gestaltet und war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist dörflich und sehr ruhig. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Metzger, Bäcker und einen Supermarkt. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bellissima scoperta

Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto l’indispensabile, confortevole e pulito. Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese e spostamenti agevoli grazie alla rete di bus ma anche in macchina. L’Host è stata gentilissima e disponibile, ha provveduto da subito a farci sentire a casa, è stato un soggiorno ottimo e sicuramente ritorneremo.

Wspaniały, za krótki pobyt!

Wszystko nam się podobało. Rustykalny styl idealnie pasuje do górskich klimatów Dolomitów. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni, życzliwi i pomocni. Na wyposażeniu takie "drobiazgi" jak parasol, plecak czy torba na zakupy. Turysta czuje się zaopiekowany.

Sehr gute Lage, Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fast vor dem Haus. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, zum Kochen ist alles da. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Dorf, aber trotzdem ruhig, praktische und unkomplizierte Busverbindung z.B. nach Bozen (in 40min) oder zum Rosengarten, Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür, im Dorf gibt es alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Läden, Touristeninformation, Bars, Restaurants etc) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

idealer Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten, hier fehlt es an nichts!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und eine super Lage für sportliche Tage. gleich neben der Unterkunft sind Geschäfte und Restaurants, man kann alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und in der Küche ist alles notwendige bereits vorhanden. Das WLAN im Zimmer funktioniert sehr gut. Kann das Apartment zu 100% weiter empfehlen!
