Struttura in posizione interessante ai fini turistici,in quanto collega piuttosto rapidamente sia con il passo Rolle che con la val di Fiemme nei suoi varii punti di interesse. Appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore ma con scale rapide,molto pulito,organizzato e ben dotato di ogni servizio.
Bagno troppo piccolo,nello strutturare l' appartamento si è ecceduto nel sacrificare il bagno a favore delle altre stanze. Locali mansardati non idonei a chi supera il metro e 80. Materassi cedevoli

Altezza del bagno tale da battere la testa alzandosi dal water. Stesso problema nella posizione dei letti della seconda camera. Non adatto a persone di altezza superiore a 160 cm. Mansarda senza aria condizionata.
