Beach Studio 18

The property was clean. It was in a great location and looked just like the pictures online.

The view of the ocean was not as accurate as stated about the room, however, still within walking distance and some updating

Great location, easy access to the town of Ocho Rios. Customer Service was superb. The room was very clean,

I didn't like the fact that our room was not ready upon checking in and when customer service tried calling the property owner she was not getting through. I was calling and the same no answer, I had to use another phone to call to which he answered and was told he's going to check to see the reservation. I also did like the fact that he came knocking on the door when open he's saying sorry he thought the room was empty so why knocking. No internet connection, and cable.

I loved the air conditioning, comfy bed and wifi plus TV. They were great.

The bathroom leaks after showering. I kept having to dry it with either a towel or paper. There was a broom but no mop.

I like that it was clean and the bed was comfy.

I did not like that the room did not come with all the amenities that were advertised and the housekeeper only came one time during the duration of 6 days 😞 We had no cleaning supplies, ran out of toilet paper and only 2 of the burners worked on the stove. The water only stayed warm in the shower for about 5 minutes. I spilled something on the floor and had to use a bath towel to get it up cause there was no mop. Then when the housekeeper finally came we left for almost 3 hours to give her time to clean and when we came back she still hadn't cleaned the room and said give her about 30 more mins and it was already almost 4:00 pm so we had to wait by the pool in the heat even longer before we could get back in our room.
