I loved that the property had easy access to the beach, a pool, and food available for purchase on the property, which was very convenient. The employees were also very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the air conditioning during my stay, and I really appreciated how quickly it was handled and resolved.

The main thing I didn’t like was the process for getting toiletries and housekeeping. Because the units are privately owned, you have to call ahead for certain toiletries and schedule housekeeping in advance. I feel that when a guest is staying for several days, housekeeping should either be automatically offered or someone should contact the guest to ask what day and time they would prefer service. I didn’t want to spend my vacation having to remember to schedule housekeeping myself. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and had a good overall experience.

We had a great stay. The apartment is in a perfect location, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with its beach view was a real highlight and a lovely place to relax. As a nice bonus, the free beach day pass was much appreciated. We’d happily stay here again.

The ambiance of the apartment/ location was ideal for couples , it was close to the beach and in walking distance away from most convenient stores and restaurants.

Arriving at the property we had issues paying ,the converted value from usd to jmd wasn’t disclosed properly ,we were greeted by someone who stated they didn’t remember the total price and had to contact the owner, over the phone we clearly heard the exchange rate of $153 per usd however we ended up paying more than the total if it was supposed to be $153 per usd …..the apartment it self wasn’t well cleaned you could see visible grime marks on the shower glass as if it wasn’t clean , the sheets on the bed had hairs on it so we knew the sheets weren’t clean we had bites and itches while we slept and the house keepers didn’t seem to like cleaning as we heard on multiple occasions they would complain while cleaning other rooms, we also had issues showering as the overhead shower water pressure was so low it barley gave us enough to shower properly,they had maintenance work going on so we constantly heard drilling and hammering sounds so we could hardly enjoy any peace and quiet .
