I loved the entire pool area with the bar etc., and the area had lots of resorts nearby that we mostly visited while we stayed.
Some items in the room were defective including the fan, the microwave stand and the remote to the TV, host mentioned to "rub the back", until she brought batteries in the morning; we didn't receive any. I also paid 10k extra for a birthday package and I got a few decor with mostly balloons, and a Welch juice which we were told would be champagne.

I didn't try breakfast there. The staff were very welcoming. Everything was ok! I went to relax and I did just that.

The location
The service from the host. She was abrupt at first then ok afterwards. The pool was dirty, so needs a bit of attention. Filters weren't working, hot tub out of use. We weren't aware that they had a chef, which would have made our lives a lot easier when it comes to food.
