I like that the host was responsive even though we have a little cliche it work out... I love that I could actually watch television with a updated channels I am happy it wasn't on the 3rd floor like last year...
Maybe there could have been some bedside tables in the room just to put stuff on...

This was my 2nd time at Sandcastles (1st time in this airbnb unit). All was as advertised and very comfortable. Location gives easy and free access to Ocho Rios Beach (beach pass required from reception) and is central to all attractions such as Dunn's River; Mystic Mountain and Original Blue Hole and White River rafting you are also near the Toll road for easy access to Kingston. Large choice of food places and supermarkets if you wish to cook in your unit.
The WiFi was down for a few days but this was a local issue and was fixed and not related to the unit. There is a broken towel rail so couldn't hang towel and the shower was slow to drain at times.

The location was fantastic and the room was extremely beautiful.
The wait time to get the access code for the room took more than 30 minutes.

We used the restaurant which was good as always whenever I stay
The toilet seat needs to be changed and the cooker rings need to be fixed or the cooker replaced. The hosts needs to respond to calls or messages quicker.
