Needs to be updated and WiFi needs to be better and need better service with towels

The location was ideal. All amenities were just outside the compound. The beach was very close and accessible to us. All the staff were helpful and polite. Will be back at Christmas.

Water flow in bathroom sink and kitchen sinks were very slow. Cooker ring, right back was faulty.

There was no hot water and wifi, not sure if it was because of the hurricane, as stayed there before and had hot water.

What I liked most about the apartment was the excellent location, just steps from the public beach, with complimentary beach access included. Being on the ground floor was also very convenient, especially with no elevator, and the small kitchen was a nice bonus for preparing simple meals or keeping drinks and snacks on hand. Overall, it’s an affordable option with the basic comforts you need, particularly if beach access and location are your priorities.

The biggest concerns were the cleanliness, maintenance, privacy, and lack of communication from the host. The bathroom tap had extremely weak water pressure, the hallway window had no curtain, and the pullout bed was exposed to bright morning light and visibility from the neighbouring building. The unit also had food left under the couch, hair in the bathroom and on the floors, and most concerning, evidence of a rodent on the kitchen counter. While the host arranged for someone to attend when needed, my messages were not answered and there was no acknowledgment of the rodent issue, which was particularly disappointing.
