A well run property where we were made to feel very welcome even though we turned up with 3 dogs due to a last minute change of plan (I wouldn't recommend this cos it's just pure hassle looking after the 3 of them).

Would have liked a kettle in room to make coffee while working and in morning.

Great location for the bars and restaurants on soi 94
Booked 2 rooms last minute as already been let down by a hotel giving our reservation away, unfortunately when we arrived only one room available so had to share, owner was apologetic and refunded one room immediately but not ideal having to share, unfortunately no parking available
