The welcome greeting from the receptionist
For me and my injured knee there have been too many stairs to reach my room. No elevator available. The price for drinks are outrageous. In this hotel i had to pay for a small beer 80 THB. While dinner in a better restaurant i had to pay 65 THB for a big bottle of the same beer.

Location and rooms were clean and cozy.
All good but I needed to cancel transport booked back to Bkk due to a situation.I cancelled by phone with the hotel staff but the message was not passed on so I had calls from the owner and manager 4 times and then got annoyed as I had cancelled the transport in good faith well in advance of the booking time so communication could be improved to ensure no misunderstandings.
