The hotel staff were excellent nothing to much trouble .They changed the room with no issues the AC was not working cold enough for me.
Probably one of the best hotels i have stayed in through out Thailand for the cost per night.

We have stayed at Puangpen Villa several times on our visits to Hua Hin in recent years. The location is excellent in close proximity to restaurants and the Night Market and the facilities provide excellent value for money. In addition the staff are always friendly and helpful. Those are the reasons we keep coming back.
Nothing to dislike.

Near the beach. A 5 minute walk. Great pool for swimming laps. Bed comfortable. Quit room inside a courtyard. A bit dated but older buildings have bigger rooms and are better isolated.
There is no breakfast. Only 1 towel per person. A bit dated.
