No nonsense place. Good location, clean, large room and excellent value for money. The room needed a little basic maintenance but nothing extreme. A kettle would have been handy but not the end of the world.
There was nothing we didn't like. The dogs barking at night was a little nuisance but that had nothing to do with the guest house.

The bed was not so comfortable, you could feel the springs.
But... the big room, with all you need - also a microwave - plus the incredibly good price including breakfast will wipe out all the really very small cons whatsoever.
It's really a good place. Thank you.
