Location, friendly and helpful owner. Also he had helped with making accommodation for keeping luggage from arrival to room readiness
Initial arrival did not have a prominent sign, so I was slightly concerned when the taxi dropped us off.

Location. It was very clean as well.
You could hear everything from the street or if anyone else entered the apartment as well. Very loud banging of the door every morning between 7.30-8.00AM.
The receptionist was not there on time at the time of check-out even tho I let them know a day before that I want to check-out at their earliest check-out time, which is 8am.
