Happy to allow to bring our dog, but you should stay away from the coffee at breakfast....
We requested two double rooms with twin beds close to each other and received rooms almost opposite across the hallway on the same floor, which was highly appreciated. The staff was friendly, at check-in, breakfast and check-out. There was mineral water and other refreshments in the minibar in the rooms. The overall look and feel was nice and sufficient parking onside. Also located closely to the highway, just a few kilometers (like 5 min drive on the highway) from the north-south highway. We were allowed to have our four-legged furry friend to stay in the room at a little surcharge.
The mattress was hard as well the pillows, but as I was tired I didn't mind too much. The breakfast choices where limited and of an acceptable quality level, but the coffee was by far the worst I have had in Italy (which came as an unpleasant surprise as the Italians generally know what good coffee is).

The week passed pleasantly in a relaxing environment.
The hotel was located in a quiet area and the room was very quiet. Gluten-free bread and biscuits were available upon request. The staff was friendly.
I would have liked more fried and fresh vegetables for breakfast. View from the room window was a brick wall, but the main thing was that it was quiet, as I had hoped. I would have liked the hotel restaurant to be open in the evenings.

An exorbitant price tag paired with underwhelming service and dated amenities leaves us disinclined
Conveniently located a 20-minute drive from the airport, the hotel offers complimentary private parking—a boon for road trippers. Rooms are clean, and the robust water pressure in the shower (a rarity in many older Italian hotels) made for a refreshing stay.
The hotel’s age—likely operational for several years—shows in its dated rooms and uninspired design. Timing our stay during Milan Design Week, when city-wide hotel value plummets, made the £400 cost for two nights feel particularly steep given the lacklustre service and basic amenities. Breakfast was a perfunctory affair; had time permitted, a McDonald’s fuel stop would have offered more appeal.

Allover a pleasant stay, but a few things need to be improved
Nice spacious room, very clean. Soft lights. Good curtains with 100% darkening effect. King size comfy bed. Big bathroom with walk-in shower. Silent lift. Free parking available in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, particularly the cleaning and breakfast people
The hairdryer was strange (didn't blow properly) and smelly. We had only one extra pillow Heavy traffic noise, even to be heard in the 3th floor (insonorization to be improved) Breakfast room small and crowded. Very little choice of ham and cheese
