The hotel staff is very friendly, eager to help and welcoming. The room was quiet, clean, and, best of all, uncarpeted. The breakfast is simple, but the ingredients are high-quality, and you can put together a truly complete meal. There's plenty of fruit, gluten-free and lactose-free options are available.

The hotel staff is excellent at making guests feel welcome. Diego Costa and the rest of the team are truly outstanding professionals, always attentive and friendly. A nice added touch is that when you book your dinner, you receive a complimentary welcome drink - a flute of Italian sparkling wine - which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, the service and hospitality make for a very pleasant stay.

1. Breakfast - not bad for Vegetarians, Croissants ( plains and multi grain) , fruits, salads, yogurt, bread, jam and fruits. Good ones.
2. Room - Size for double occupancy not bad, bed is ok but could be improved, cleanliness is good only complaint is they give water sachet ( 200 ml) only once and after that no drinking water in the room free which is surprising and shocking too. Looks Managment wants to save money than satisfy its guests.
3. Location — no doubt for our work it was good, 20 minutes from Malpensa air port, very near to highway to Milan or to Varese.
1. They do not give water in the room which is absolutely bad attitude.
