Staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The room facilities were far below expectations, especially given the price point. One of the most frustrating issues was the sink, which did not drain properly — water would collect excessively and took a long time to go down, making it nearly unusable. For a hotel charging this kind of daily rate, I expected much better. The value for money is simply not there. Based on the condition of the facilities and overall experience, I honestly feel the hotel should be rated no more than 2 stars — if that.

Dog friendly, some lovely features in the dining room, reception and hallways.

The nice features in the dining room reception and hallways didn't continue into the rooms, had this been done this hotel could be special. The breakfast was nice but restricted.

For travellers, who are travelling throw, it is perfect.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide range of croissants, fruits and salty foods. The staff was helpful and kind. Near the hotel was its Restaurant, and it was so good too. In the hotel there is some so cool, antik furniture (at the reception and next to the stairs) which are really nice.

Our room was on the 2. floor, and there isn't lift. The room was a little bit cold, but the staff gave us the controller of the air conditioner, and with that, we had the perfect temperature. In the hotel there is no restaurant, we have to walk a bit. It is at the suburb, every sight is far away.

Very unhelpful, after $$$ only.

Description: Booked 2-night stay. I had 1 week business trip over Lombardia for EICMA exhibition including various hotels during this period. Booking was made during the time of high demand for properties - exhibition, so it was easy for hotel to re-rent. Also there were only prepaid booking options, so I had use prepayment to book. Experience: First impression was good upon booking, still later it changed a lot. Sudden illness of my wife forced me to cancel my trip despite everything was prepaid - flight, hotels, car, meetings, etc. I kindly wrote a message to every hotel I booked explaining the cause of the cancellation. I was pleasantly shocked, all the properties I contacted made a cancellation for most of the fees for me even despite it was not their obligation to do so. Even car rental company did that for me... EXCEPT FOR THIS HOTEL DECLINED even any partial cancellation at their consideration and ignored all other messages. I DO realize it is their right to do so according to the rule-book, no offense here. Still, if you are in a sudden trouble, beware, no help here, just give them the money.

Ci ritornerei assolutamente

L’hotel è molto particolare e bello, in quanto ha un arredamento datato e a chi piace il sapore del passato, ne rimarrà colpito come me. Ho fatto il check-in la notte e la signora che mi ha accolta, è stata molto gentile e ospitale. La mattina, la ragazza a colazione, era dolcissima e gentilissima. Inoltre è presente il parcheggio interno, piccolo sì ma ho sempre trovato uno spazio. Il letto è comodo, la stanza profumata e ho dormito benissimo. Se mi dovesse ricapitare un viaggio in quella zona, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Purtroppo l’hotel è sprovvisto di ascensore e magari per chi ha delle difficoltà, diventa impegnativo e il Wi-Fi al secondo piano, non funzionava. Mi hanno spiegato il motivo sono le mura della struttura molto spesse.

Bella esperienza. Se dovessi tornare a Castellanza, prenoterei nuovamente all’hotel Montecarlo

Accogliente. Ambiente familiare. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio interno. Ristorante degli stessi proprietari, a due passi dall’albergo, dove si mangia benissimo. Vicina all’autostrada e all’ospedale Humanitas.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte dopo un matrimonio in zona. posizione ottima.L’hotel ha uno stile un po’ anni ’70. La colazione buona , il personale gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso, per una sosta di passaggio può andare bene.

l'arredamento e i mobili risultano datati e si percepisce un leggero odore di vecchio,ma le camere erano comunque pulite
