Avoid These Misanthropic Malcontents

The property itself is not the issue.

This property would be fine if it were run by people with an aptitude for, and interest in, hospitality. Instead, it is run by the two least friendly Italians we have ever met, who are wholly unsuited to public-facing roles. The male owner looks at guests with an expression that ranges from bored indifference to suspicion. Meanwhile, his wife is a bitter shrew with a particular talent for lecturing guests; and expressing her abject disapproval of their perceived (albeit not real) transgressions. Combined, this match made in heaven create an atmosphere that isn't simply unwelcoming, it is overtly hostile. We can only hope that, eventually, they will sell the property to someone who doesn't actually hate other people.

We stopped here cause it was not far from the Malpensa airport. Everything was fine. 24 hour desk so could check-in late and check-out early.

The property has very easy access with parking, the staff is super friendly and always all smiles. Equipped mini bar with fair prices. Nice bathroom complementary soaps and accessories.

The reception was open 24/7, so it was easy to do the check in, possibility of parking there, even in a garage. The rooms were nice, with comfortable beds and pillows, equipped with AC and fridge. The possibility of having breakfast there was advantageous.

There is not enough space for the parking, so it might happen that they send you to an enclosed public parking lot.

The location of the hotel.

Cold, carelessly furnished rooms. The room was not heated for a long time before our arrival, so we were very cold for two days, until it finally warmed up in accordance with the Italian state heating regulations. The staff didn't seem happy to see us. The breakfast was poor without any vegetables.
