The reception staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and spoke great English.
There is a noisy bar in the neighborhood. The booking website promised a pool which wasn’t there.

Staff started off really useless - not helping to solve the distance between our rooms (didn't want young kids too far away from parents!). Eventually they warmed up and got us rooms next to each other and became quite cheery and pleasant. Breakfast was good and nice to have the pool(s) - albeit kindof random to walk round to another hotel.
The pools were good but a little walk around the corner and within a different property - perhaps explaining this at the front desk clearly would make this better - with language barrier it was initially difficult to understand why we needed to be escorted to get to the swimming pool, why there was a choice of two pools, and whether towels were included etc.

Decent enough, neat enough
A little run down. Rooms on ground floor hear everything at reception and get woken up by the staff at reception talking or doing stuff.
Payment online is not possible but payment by card attracts a 3% fee - the fee that the bank charges them for the transaction, which in their contract with the bank they have signed that they won’t be putting the burden on the client aa it is one of the rules of visa and mastercard.
This should be reported every single time someone tries to charge you this fee.

Good location
Very bad mattress. When you sit you sink all to the ground. Breakfast options limited. Kitchen stuffed and with low hygiene
