Chitlatda Bila House

We checked in at Chitlatda Central Bila House around 4 PM on a Sunday evening. The hosts were welcoming & directed us to our rooms. The rooms were quite small, but were equipped with essential items. The room was equipped with a mirror, a cloth hanging space, a cupboard, a ceiling fan, and a stool. The bathroom was sufficiently spacious & it was clean. Hot water worked without an issue. Towels & soap were available as amenities. Breakfast could be ordered from the available menu at 7.30 AM. It was prepared and served quickly and was sufficient to fill in. Laundry was available for a relatively low price. The accommodation served value for money.

Great location, just less than 10 minutes walking distance to the night market. There's a big supermarket just at the end of the street. I stayed in the private room with fan, and I missed the air conditioning. It was a bit too hot at night, so pay a little extra and get aircon. It is specified on the room description when you book. The sheets and towels were clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom was quite big, with a great shower. I loved it. Breakfast is served every morning and cooked by order. It was very tasty. Great value for money. I stayed only one night.

The room was a bit smelly, humidity smell, but it wasn't too bad.

The bed was comfy and it was really clean. The people are so so lovely and welcoming. When they arrived, the showed us our room and sent places to eat on WhatsApp, local ATMS and exchange currency spots. They have us a free bottle of water a day, biscuits offered. I cannot fault this place, the owners made the place that much better by being so welcoming and friendly. If you are going to Hanoi, I would highly recommend staying at Chitlatda Bila House!!!

There is nothing negative about this place, it was great!!

Clean & comfortable bed. The breakfast was nice.

The staff seemed disinterested & not very friendly. We had left 80 US dollars in our bag (and not the safe which we should have) & 50 dollars were stolen from our bag. We didn’t notice until we left unfortunately. The housekeeping definitely stole from us. Our Laundry was not dry in time. They didn’t charge us to be fair but it was not a good service.
