We loved how close it was located to Durbuys centre! It was also very quiet and relaxing.

The towels and the bathroom could use improvements. They were a bit dated and the shower sprayed water all over the floor.

Fantastic!

there was a buzz from the electrical box in the kitchen, which wasn't enough to keep us awake, but it was audible. Also the shower was great and very clean but flooded into the bathroom due to a small shower base. But overall, an excellent place to stay!

Nice,quite and relaxing

I love the location, is very near to town, also has everything that is needed to stay comfortable. Parking is a big plus 👍

I didn’t like that there’s a cemetery next to the property that I found it a bit creepy actually. We had also difficulty to keep ourselves warm was a bit could in the room. For the rest everything was absolutely fine👌

Perfect location, cosy and modern apartment, kitchen very well equipped, air conditioning works well, fabulous view, nice garden with pear trees, clean bathroom.

Maybe some pillows for the lounge set in the garden.

Kacheltje in de doucheruimte was kapot. Roterend glas van de magnetron was gebroken. Kachel was onvoldoende om ruimte goed warm te krijgen. Het vroor ongeveer 10 graden. Sleutelkastje werkte niet en een van de andere gasten van nummer 10 liep met onze sleutel rond.

De gezellige inrichting, de mooie houten afwerking. Had ik geweten dat er een koffiemachine was, had ik capsules/pads meegebracht.

Tv werkte wel, maar we hadden geen kanalen of we vonden niet hoe alvast, dus konden geen tv kijken. Maar dat was niet belangrijk. We waren niet daar om tv te kijken 🙃

Het was goed.

De locatie is in een prachtige omgeving. Er was een gratis parkeerplaats en er was ook wifi aanwezig. De woning was netjes opgeruimd, er waren badlakens en spullen voor de vaatwasser Bed was netjes opgemaakt, Het had wel een luchtje, maar dat kan ook door het water te maken hebben. Er was een terras beschikbaar. Er was ook een keuken beschikbaar en dat was prettig. Voor een paar dagen goed te doen.

Geur van de beddegoed. Maar dat kan aan het water gelegen hebben of de wasmiddel.

Exellent week-end et logement adéquat pour celui ci, n’hésitez pas

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à Durbuy. Notre logement était sympa proche du centre, donc pas besoin de la voiture qui avait son emplacement prévu sur le parking du logement. La cuisine était bien équipée même si nous n avons pas mangé sur place.

Quelques petites choses à améliorer peut être mais l’ensemble était très satisfaisant, literie un peu molle mais ça ne nous a pas empêcher de bien dormir. La télé un peu plus de choix dans les chaînes. Il n a pas fait très chaud donc pas eu trop besoin de la Clim mais je pense que celle ci est réglée au minimum. Peut être les frais de ménage aussi un peu élevé 35euros😏

mooie studio met goed uitgeruste badkamer. Kitchenette niet gebruikt maar alles was aanwezig. Goed gelegen op wandelafstand van het centrum en met parking naast de studio. Goede airco .

Heel goed,alles was prima.

Er was geen ontbijt, de lokatie was prima er was wel een weggetje vlakbij met lokaal verkeer maar gaf geen overlast en s'avonds heel stil. Het voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, studio was compleet ingericht en dicht bij het centrum ong 10 min lopen

Een paar kleine dingen zoals aangeven dat er een nespresso koffiezetapparaat staat zodat je de cups kan meenemen. Wat wel heel gevaarlijk is de douche bak is spiegelglad verder prima douche

Hygiëne bar slecht

Locatie super! Mochten er ook al om 1 uur, dus perfect! Binnen 10 minuutjes in het centrum

Het stonk verschrikkelijk. Badkamer was vies, haren van een ander en overal schimmel. Ook de kamer zelf stonk van het vocht. En kon niks open van een raampje....alleen de deur....maar als je dan na een paar uur terug kwam was de lucht niet om te harde. In de badkamer hing een enorme rioollucht. Beddengoed en handdoeken waren klam door het vocht. Duidelijk waterschade geweest, maar nooit hersteld. Vloer staat gewoon bol. Ook de matrassen hebben hun beste tijd wel gehad.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Nette schone kamer, met airco, op loop afstand van centrum van Durbuy. Kamer is stijlvol ingericht, er is duidelijk zorg aan besteed. Het heeft een tuintje/zitje voor en een fijn uitzicht op veel groen. Communicatie van de verhuurder verliep goed en vriendelijk.

Geen tegenvallers maar goed om te weten: het tuintje voor deel je met de huurders van het andere appartementje. Het is een soort studio appartement, bestaande uit slaapkamer, badkamer en keukentje, dus geen uitgebreide zitruimte (maar wel heel gezellig)

Slechte hygiëne

Locatie, is dichtbij centrum

Geur in huis, het was er erg vochtig en rook naar schimmel, heel slecht gepoetst, haren van vorige gasten en veel stof en spinnenwebben. Bedden waren erg doorgezakt, dekbed was aan vernieuwing toe en ook handdoeken roken erg muf.

Tof met praktische tips

Communicatie vooraf; Afstand tot centrum Durbuy; Compacte ruimte en fijn terras voor appartement.

Geur bij binnenkomst: rook naar schimmel/waterschade. Zichtbaar bolling vloer en kozijnen dat er eerder waterschade is geweest. Gelukkig met airco in ruimte en afzuiging lucht in badkamer verdween de geur als snel. Als gasten zijn wij niet de moeilijkste, maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat bij meer kritische huurders dit een struikelblok kan zijn, of dat hierover wellicht zelfs een klacht ontstaat. Dit zou zonde zijn, omdat het appartement qua faciliteiten en ligging een fantastische plek is. Aanvullend: mensen kennen Durbuy niet tot op detail en weten niet dat er geen winkel is voor bijvoorbeeld basis dingen als koffie en/of brood. Tip zou kunnen zijn dat er koffie en melk en suiker aanwezig is als gastvrije geste. En extra info over wat Durbuy biedt en vooral ook niet. En dat je voor dagelijkse boodschappen makkelijk terecht kan in het plaatsje Barvaux.

De locatie!

Uitchecken was 12:00 uur. Om 11:15 uur stond het personeel in het Frans te vertellen dat ze aan het poetsen waren. Wij rond 11:30 uur gegaan, om 13:00 uur werden we gebeld of we nu wel weg waren. Slechte ervaring mee.
