Wonderful, would highly recommend and would love to go again.

The location is excellent. The whole place is wonderful. We liked that we could take our dog. There was plenty of space for both inside and out. The weather was very cold whilst we were there, but the place was very well heated and felt very homely. The small terrace area was wonderful to sit out and have a morning coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows really nice.

The stairs are quite steep and the handrail a little wobbly but nothing major. Would have been nice to have a stand up shower, but also not an issue.

Fantastisch

The location is fantastic, 100m or so from the pedestrian bridge, so walking to the centre of Dubuy was literally 3mins. The house is really nice, well furnished with everything there what you want. It was very clean when we arrived and the indications how to enter were clear and accurate. We definitely will be going back ...

Why did we give a 9 overall and not a ten? The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the 1st floor under a sloping roof. So, 1 bedroom does not have a door and showering is easiest done sitting in the bath tub. But this shouldn't be a surprise as everything can be clearly seen on the pictures

A true gem

A really great place for a relaxing holiday just a few minutes walking from Durbuy town center, super well equipped. Fantastic, accommodating host. We wished we could stay longer!! Highly recommended

Superb

Perfect location, calm but very close to center & walks. Lovely antique furniture giving twist to deco. And our dog especially enjoyed the garden! Own parking in front of the house also very convenient.

Impeccable

Parfait, spacieux, belles chambres, bonne literie et linge de maison en suffisance et de qualité. Belle déco, équipement complet de la vaisselle et de la cuisine ! Emplacement super, à proximité du centre ville, néanmoins au calme. La passerelle est au bout de la rue pour accéder au centre. Facilité d'accès et parking privé.

Mooi en compleet appartement, vlakbij het centrum.

Vlakbij het centrum maar toch heel rustig. Modern ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien.

De ketels en pannen waren niet schoon. Die hebben we voor gebruik eerst grondig moeten afwassen. De trapleuning zat erg los, denk dat dit wel eenvoudig op te lossen is.

Prima huis op een perfecte locatie

De locatie is uitstekend. Parkeren voor de deur en je loopt zo over het bruggetje de stad in. We waren te vroeg en wilden vragen of we er alvast mochten parkeren. Maar het huisje was al klaar dus mochten we er in. De mensen waren heel vriendelijk.

De hele stijle trap en dat er maar een wc boven is. Je kunt niet echt in de douche staan omdat je dan tegen het schuine dak staat. Je kunt alleen douchen wanneer je in het bad zit.

Locatie is goed, faciliteiten vielen tegen

De locatie van het huisje is fijn! Mooie tuin met uitzicht waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Dichtbij het centrum en mooi rustig. Fijne hoekbank.

De keuken was verouderd, de deur van de koelkast was los van het voorfrontje. De trap was behoorlijk steil, leuning was niet erg stevig. Geen deur bij 1 slaapkamer. Er was geen douchestang, waardoor je zittend in bad moet douchen. Je kunt niet gaan staan ivm de schuine wand, niet fijn. Geen anti slipmat in bad, waardoor je uit moest kijken dat je niet valt bij het uit bad gaan....

Fint sted til overnatninger, når man vil opholde sig centralt. Beliggenheden er klart det bedste.

Virkelig godt beliggende i forhold til byen. Hyggeligt fællesrum, god lille have. Godt udstyret køkken.

Bad man ikke kan stå op i. Manglende dør til soverum og vakkelvornt gelænder (virker farligt). Køleskabsdør i stykker, det åbner ikke sammen med skabslågen. Larmende trin på trappe og førstesal.

Leuk appartementje vlakbij centrum Durbuy

Prachtige locatie. Slechts 5 min wandelen naar het centrum van Durbuy. We hadden 4 hondjes mee en dat was geen probleem. Heel proper.

Het bad is wat ongemakkelijk. Je kan er niet in recht staan. Omheining in de tuin tussen de buren zou moeten aangepakt worden. Buren hadden ook honden en ze konden mekaar gewoon aanvallen. Zijpoort kon niet sluiten. Was gewoon vast te maken met een koordje. Een hendel zou wel handig zijn, zeker met hondjes.

Geweldige locatie

Dichtbij het centrum. 5 minuten lopen. Volop leven in het stadje. Veel terrassen en restaurantjes. Allerlei prijsklasse. Dichtbij de Ourthe. 3 minuten lopen. Het uitzicht, de natuur de rust. Vanaf de voorkant bijna geen geluid van het centrum. Het buiten zitten bij de accomodatie Meestal ook uit de zon. Was 32 graden. Goed ingerichte keuken. Leuke woonkamer. Maar vooral buiten gezeten. Toch gewandeld ondanks de hitte, vlakbij is een mooi wandel/fietspad naar Barvaux langs de Ourthe. Veel aktiviteiten in de buurt. Bakker uit het dorp helaas weg. Maar iets verderop een mooie uitgebreide bakker. Lopend 35 minuten ongeveer. Auto 5 min.

Boven erg warm. Het koelde wel wat af met het raam open. Er staan ventilatoren Maar dat hielp niet veel. Het was ook wel extreem warm die dagen. Vooral in het weekend buiten herrie van tegenoverliggende groepsaccomodatie. ( ligt eraan wie er zit). Met raam dicht weinig geluid. Na het weekend doodstil. Alleen geluid van vogels.Heerlijk Opletten met de schuine kanten boven. Zittend douchen in bad. Voor ons nog geen probleem.(Toch al wat ouder). We zijn hier meer geweest, dus wisten dit. En we gaan zeker terug😃 We vinden het heerlijk bij la Tulipp.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in La Tulip, op een toplocatie vlak bij het centrum van Durbuy, met een schoon en comfor

Fantastische locatie en geweldig verblijf! Wat een heerlijke plek! La Tulip ligt op een toplocatie – rustig, maar op een paar minuten wandelen van het gezellige centrum van Durbuy. Je steekt alleen de brug over en je bent er. Ideaal! Het huis was schoon, sfeervol ingericht en de bedden lagen heerlijk. De eigenaresse is super vriendelijk en gastvrij, je voelt je meteen welkom. Fijn extraatje: laadpalen voor elektrische auto’s op een minuutje lopen, net aan de andere kant van de brug. We waren met onze twee hondjes, die het hier ook geweldig hadden. Mooie wandelomgeving, volop natuur en een heerlijk afgesloten tuin Kortom: een topverblijf op een droomlocatie – we komen zeker terug! ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Fantastic location and a wonderful stay! What a lovely place! La Tulip is in a perfect location – peaceful, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the charming center of Durbuy. You simply cross the bridge and you’re right there. So convenient! The house was clean, cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host is super friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. A great bonus: there are charging stations for electric cars just a minute away, right across the bridge. We stayed with our two dogs, who also had an amazing time. The area is beautiful for walks, with lots of nature and fully enclosed garden. In short: a top-notch stay in a dream location – we will definitely be back!

de trapleuning was wat wiebelig – niet onveilig, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. En op de tv waren alleen Franstalige zenders beschikbaar. Voor ons geen probleem, maar goed om te weten. ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The stair railing was a bit wobbly – not unsafe, but something to be aware of. And the TV only had French channels. Not a problem for us, but good to know.

Goed verblijf met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt

Het huisje lag op een zeer goede locatie met eigen parking bij de deur. Via de voetgangersbrug is Durbuy zelf binnen de 5 minuten te voet te bereiken.

De trap was nogal steil met een leuning die een beetje los stond. Misschien iets om rekening mee te houden als je iets minder goed te been bent. Voor ons was het geen probleem.

Goede locatie en schoon huis

De locatie van het huisje is top! Je bent binnen 3min lopen in het centrum. Ook erg fijn dat er een gratis parkeerplaats bij het huisje is. Alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken is aanwezig.

- De vloer boven kraakt luid bij elke stap waardoor je niet zachtjes kan lopen, iedereen is meteen wakker. - Er zit geen deur voor de 2e slaapkamer, waardoor je minder privacy hebt en het licht vanaf beneden naar boven schijnt. - je kunt niet staan in het bad, dus je moet zittend douche wat niet erg handig is

Tolles kleines Häuschen mit Garten fast im Herzen von Durbuy

Die Lage ist natürlich einfach nicht zu toppen. Man ist sehr nahe an der Innenstadt von Durbuy. Schöner kleiner Garten. Genug Stellplätze für das/die Auto(s). 2 Schlafzimmer (eines ohne Tür). Alles sehr sauber. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch. Kontakt zur Vermieterin problemlos und uns wurde schnell geholfen. Trotz der unten aufgeführten Mängel ist ein Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sicherlich lohnenswert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Viele kleine Dinge sind reparaturbedürftig. Sie stören nicht wirklich, fallen aber auf. Besonders da man das Gefühl hat, dass man diese Schwachstellen an einem Samstag und mit nicht allzuviel Geld beheben könnte und so ganz einfach den Gesamteindruck wieder verbessern kann. Halter für das Toilettenpapier defekt. Halter für den Duschkopf defekt. Die Türklinken im oberen Bereich sind sehr wackelig. Ein wenig mehr Haken im Badezimmer wären toll. Regenrinne über der Eingangstür verstopft, so daß das Wasser sich bei starkem Regen direkt vor den Eingang ergießt. Kein vernüftiges Schloß am Gartentor (es ist der Eingang zum Grundstück) lediglich mit Draht zu schließen.
