Location and parking is excellent. The outdoor area and lounge was very good. Bedrooms are a good size and it had nice space overall for bigger groups staying there. Great fridge!

Kitchen was missing a lot of utensils, no sharp knives, lots of chips out of cups, mugs, plates and bowls. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very dates and need upgrading. Back gate was broken and needs a large stone to keep shut. The neighbouring properties can be loud if they are throwing parties.

On the photos the location seemed more modern than it in fact was. A bit of cherry picking. However, this did not bother any of us.

Locatie was perfect, dicht bij het centrum. Huis was van alle gemakken voorzien.

Leuk verblijf maar prijs/kwaliteit ondermaats en je voelt de ouderdom van vele zaken

Locatie is super. Eigenaars zeer bereikbaar en hulpvaardig.

Slecht 4de bed, koffiezet werkte niet, haardroger werkte niet, douch buigt door en lekt. Vrij aftandse infrastructuur.

Karakteristiek huis met (te) veel achterstallig onderhoud

Het is een mooi oud karakteristiek huis. Leuke kachel in de kamer wat het extra gezellig maakt. Veel apparatuur in de keuken. Er ontbreekt niks. Ook de luxe koelkast met vries combinatie en ijsblokjes.

Het huis was op het eerste oog prachtig maar er was veel achterstallig onderhoud en niet heel erg schoon. Jammer dat dat niet bijgehouden wordt. Uit elk kopje of bordje zijn wel stukjes uit. Ga even naar de kringloop en koop voor een prikkie heel servies. Maakt het zó anders! Ook de ramen van de uitbouw zijn echt smerig. Een emmertje sop doet wonderen. Veel lampen die het niet deden. Loop even alles na en vervang dat even. Stopcontacten los en daardoor niet veilig. Een stofzuiger met een kabel die met tape aan elkaar zit. Dat soort defecten kan m.i. echt niet! Veiligheid mag nooit een onderwerp zijn.

Mooi huis, top locatie maar de aanvullende kosten zijn niet transparant!

De locatie is bijzonder goed.

Ondanks het gegeven dat we het gehele huis hadden geboekt diende er bij aankomst voor de 4e slaapkamer extra afgerekend te worden. Dit viel ons enorm tegen aangezien dit niet vooral duidelijk was aangegeven door Booking. De eigenaresse van het huis kwam met hele andere prijzen dan vooraf aan Booking was betaald en dit zorgde voor de nodige irritatie.

Een heerlijk weekend in, en in de omgeving van Durbuy

Een sfeervol huis!! Met een zeer begripvol en behulpzaam beheerderskoppel

Sanitair is verouderd, en in de winter is het niet echt goed warm te stoken

We hebben genoten om in Durbuy te zitten, heel kort bij het centrum;

Bovenste verdieping was "lang geleden" gepoetst (veel stof, pluizen en nog wat vuil onder het bed). Kookgerief : pannen : weinig en aan vervanging toe. Het is natuurlijk de tijd van het jaar, maar het huis is duur vergeleken wat je voor krijgt (het huis kan wel een goeie opfrissing gebruiken (douches/lavabo - inrichting kamers, kleine TV, ...)

Geweldig

Het was een geweldig ruim huis direct naast het centrum. Prachtig uitzicht. Parkeerplek voor en naast de deur. Alles was aanwezig: oven, ruime koelkast met ijsblokjesfunctie, alle soorten keukenspullen en ook voorraad zoals wasmachineblokjes, theedoeken en afwasmiddel. Alle keukenspullen aanwezig. Ook de douche was erg goed. Er is een stoel kapot gegaan en daar reageerde de host heel prettig op, dat zoiets kan gebeuren. Geen aftrek van de borg. We hebben echt enorm genoten!

Er viel eigenlijk niets tegen.
