Quiet and convenient, fantastic stay!
Lovely peaceful suburban setting (Perton is a modern 'planned' village). The village centre is five minutes walk away round the lake, with a Sainsburys and lots of other shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the area for a holiday - rural Staffordshire has so much to offer!
Initial communication regarding check-in could have been better, but when our water was cut off the owner couldn't have been more helpful and did everything in his power to get the issue resolved - very much appreciated! A dish-drying rack would come in handy.

Great little flat for a short stay.
Excellent hosts. Great little flat in a quiet area. All you can need was there.
Parking was tricky, couldn't easily fit two SUV cars on the drive but could park on the the road as it was quiet.

Adequate for the price, providing a washing machine , plenty of parking space
a. safety: bat tub is too high, they need to place a box to land on . I almost flipped over twice b. very small cottage, need to remove decorative plants for more storage room c. Dining table needs to be bigger, it’s a round one

Lovely view, clean, comfortable and just what we needed! Smart TV was a nice feature too, even if it was a bit slow. Host was helpful and it was a good size
Only complaint is the bin was a bit small for our stay and we couldn't find more bin bags

Great location, 15 mins from Telford and Shrewsbury. Clean, modern and comfortable with added extra you may have forgotten. And fantastic value for money!!

Fabulous Stay
I stayed at Lakeside View and Lakeside 2 over a 3week period. Both property's are really lovely, very clean and nice decor. Rob & Sarah accommodated me at very short notice and were professional & friendly. I would definitely recommend both of their properties.
